Lavender Body Butter

Organic unrefined Mango Butter

Organic Sweet Almond Oil

Organic Jojoba Oil

Organic Arrowroot Powder (To limit greasiness)

Organic Lavender Essential Oil

All natural and pure body butters are made purely of oils and butters. Because of this, Body butter is much different than lotion in that it has a more oily feel and it takes a bit longer for the body butter to absorb fully into the skin. We do add arrowroot powder to help with the oily feel. Another way to help combat that is to apply when your skin is still wet after a shower. A little dollop goes a long way! Be assured that pure natural body butters are very hydrating and nourishing to your skin and is one of the best ways to keep your skin smooth and healthy. Your skin will thank you!

**When body butters are shipped during the colder months, be aware that upon arrival the body butter will be hard and solidified. Simply allow it time to come back to room temperature before use to get back to its soft and whipped consistency.**

Body Butter Storage and Expiration

Handcrafted body butters generally have a shelf life of 3 to 6 months depending on the oils and butters used. Being that we scent our products with essential oils, the longer you wait to use the product the more the essential oil scent will evaporate and fade. Therefore we highly recommend using the body butter within 3 months to provide the best aromatic experience. To maximize the life of the body butter, keep butter stored in a cool dry dark area. Use a scoop rather than fingers to avoid introducing bacteria into the butter. Do not keep product near heat sources as this product melts at 90F. If it is this temperature at home please store it in the refrigerator. It will harden at colder temperatures so let it get back to room temperature for the right consistency.
