Body Butter Storage and Expiration:
Handcrafted body butters generally have a shelf life of 1 to 2 years depending on the oils and butters used. We recommend using the body butter within 1 year of opening to provide the best experience. To maximize the life of the body butter, keep butter stored in a cool dry dark area. Use a scoop rather than fingers to avoid introducing bacteria into the butter. Do not keep product near heat sources as this product melts at 90F. If it is this temperature at home please store it in the refrigerator. 
 
Soap Storage and Expiration
Handcrafted soaps generally have a shelf life of 1 to 2 years depending on the oils used. Being that we scent our soap naturally with essential oils, the longer you wait to use the soap the more the essential oil scent will evaporate and fade. Therefore we highly recommend using the soap within 3 to 6 months to provide the best aromatic experience. To maximize the longevity of the soap, keep soap in a dry place after each use. Consider using a soap dish with drainage holes or a hanging soap bag to get more from your soap.
 
Caution:
**As with any product applied to the skin please test on a small area of skin first. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not apply on skin before long sun exposure since this product does contain essential oils.**

I work hard to get orders out within the next 1-2 business days from the day that the order was placed. From there, shipping times vary based on weight and location.
