Hemp Seed Oil - This soap is made with organic hemp seed oil. Hemp seed oil has many skin benefits and is especially great for dry skin and other skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, acne, and atopic dermatitis. It is a natural remedy that reduces inflammation and helps to heal and soothe dry and damaged skin. Hemp seed oil is also known for anti aging properties as it is high in antioxidants such as vitamin A, C, E, and F. These vitamins help to strengthen the skin and preserve moisture which helps to reduce wrinkles. 

Essential oils - Many essential oils are known to be antifungal, antibacterial and antimicrobial. Using essential oils in soaps can not only help aid in cleansing the skin but also used to uplift our mood and help promote relaxation. Cardamom essential oil is a very relaxing and soothing scent which helps to relieve stress and promote relaxation. Used topically, cardamom is wonderful for increasing blood circulation and helping to soothe skin irritations and dry skin.

Soap Storage and Expiration:

Handcrafted soaps generally have a shelf life of 1 to 2 years depending on the oils used. Being that we scent our soap naturally with essential oils, the longer you wait to use the soap the more the essential oil scent will evaporate and fade. Therefore we highly recommend using the soap within 3 to 6 months to provide the best aromatic experience. To maximize the longevity of the soap, keep soap in a dry place after each use. Consider using one of our pine soap dishes with drainage holes or our natural sisal soap bag to get more from your soap.

**As with any product you are applying to skin please test on a small area of skin first. Discontinue if reaction occurs.**
